Howzit grant, what year/ model was this sx4? The engine bay is so similar yet different I service my old man's sx4, a 2009-ish model (2x4, South African market) The oil dipstick is through the center of the block (through the plastic air cover), no transmission dipstick You need to remove the driver's side wheel plus all the right hand side undercarriage plastic to change the oil filter (impossible from the top like your video, too tight to get my skinny hands in) Such a nice car to drive, but there are so many variants it makes it very annoying to work on A transmission fluid change requires you to take off the front bumper if you don't want to struggle😂 I hate and love this car

Hi, it’s a 2011 model. That oil filter is pretty tough to get to… I way prefer servicing our Toyotas. Your model sounds like a real pain to service 🙈 I don’t like the A-Pillar triangular window design which creates a ‘blind spot’… not a fan at all.
