Set Natural Hair Goals & Reach Them by December 2024!

This video is all about setting and achieving natural hair goals for the rest of 2024. Even though we're halfway through the year, it's not too late to make some progress!
Why Set Hair Goals?
Having clear goals keeps you motivated and helps you achieve the healthy, beautiful hair you deserve. Whether you're a natural hair newbie or a seasoned pro, setting goals is a great way to stay on track.
What Are SMART Goals?
When setting goals, use the SMART framework:
Specific: Instead of "healthy hair," aim for "reduce breakage by 50% in 3 months."
Measurable: Track your progress with photos or measurements.
Achievable: Set goals that challenge you but are realistic.
Relevant: Make sure your goals align with your overall hair desires.
Time-bound: Set a deadline to achieve your goal (e.g., December 2024).
Tips to Help You Achieve Your Goals:
Do your research! Tons of resources are available online, at libraries, and in natural hair forums.
Learn techniques for growth. Braids, twists, and cornrows can all be helpful. You'll find tons of tutorials on my channel (over 400 videos!). Check out my mini braid and twist challenges for inspiration.
Be patient and consistent! Growing healthy hair takes time and effort. Don't get discouraged by slow progress. Everyone's hair is unique!
Develop a solid routine. A consistent routine makes hair care easier and helps you achieve your goals. ️
Experiment with DIYs! Many store-bought products aren't tailored for natural hair. Try making your own hair masks, strengtheners, and conditioners.
Find styles you love! Having cute styles to rock keeps you motivated while growing your hair. ♀️
