How to set or change Lojel TSA combination lock

How do we unlock it if we forget the TSA code?

What if someone knows how to set this kind of lock? How does it prevent them from changing the code? Is that even a possibility? TIA

I was chaning my lock and the button got stuck so im in trouble :|

Hi, i lent my luggage to someone and now when i want to use it, the zippers won't lock. I can't even insert the zippers in to lock. I tried resetting it like in this video but nothing works. The unlock button (one on the left in your video) doesnt slide like yours too. Help!!
