Totally agree with you. I tried offering the cheapest price hoping it would help small businesses and the customers I got were very hard to deal with - taking a lot of support time. And the funny thing is they talk to you as if they are paying 10X the amount they are.
Yep, exactly! This was a lesson I learned early on. You can gain a lot of customers quickly with cheap prices, but at the same time you have to make sacrifices in other areas. 1) It's very hard to offer above and beyond support when you have many customers paying pennies on the dollar. For a while it may work, but as the business grows, you'll have to hire more people to help, and it's going to be hard to sustain a reasonable ROI. 2) It's also very hard to offer a premium network with many cheap customers. You'll find several customers using a ton of disk space/performance, but if you're prices are too cheap you're going to have load many of them on a server/account to be profitable. This leads to increased demand on the server, which eventually will cut into performance. I believe it's key to find an even balance between 'competitive pricing' and the quality of customer you're looking for. I would personally rather offer more quality than quantity.
wow, this has been a year. I just wanted to know some details for example. If my reseller plan is Gold, ill be having 60 customers. will they be enjoying the same inclusions i have on my Gold plan? ot should I divide it throughout my customers? How to diversify my plan to create packages for my customers? is there a video about that?

Unfortunately the Black Friday / Cyber Monday mega sale is over! You'll have to wait until next year to see discounts that good again! But still, you can save using our offerings on Web Hosting Talk (www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=1686075).
