How To Set The Spring Tension Of Your Pedal - James Payne 

The spring tension is a PERSONAL setting that we all have to find by ourselves, as I have been saying for almost 10 years now. Based on our spring tension, our pedal will have a natural speed, and that speed determines when we have to use a leg motion mainly and when we have to instead switch to ankle motion or some type of technique.
