Mate, thank you for not doodling about and just telling us what we want. Anyone considering doing a tutorial vid should watch this to see how to do it right.
My hands are all over the place (on the watch). I've set the time correctly on the digital display correctly but the hands are way way off being correct. Also, rather unhelpfully, when I go to set the watch, the hands move over to cover the digital display. Honestly, it's such a shitty way of setting a watch. At least I know it is shock proof as it got launched at a wall this afternoon
Anyone here: When in time mode, hold the A (adjustment) key until "SUB" starts flashing. Then move the day hand using C (Start/stop) to Sun (start of the week). Then get out (i think using B) It uses the world time mode to calibrate what day. If you set today, it will have that week offset added to the week. I hope this helps.
Important note- WHILE IN “SUB” MODE the day Must be on SUNDAY and the time must be on 12:00 for the hands to reset properly to match digital time. Once you confirm this, then you hit Adjust. The hands and day should accurately match your digital time. God Bless.
Could not read the tiny manual to set this watch. Your video helped immensely. My first G Shock watch...Dig the World Timer (suspecting I'll need it soon)!
If you own one in the UK or the GA2110 then for the seasonal change in time just press the Adjust for 3 seconds and the watch will go either back one hour or forward depending on the season. No need to do anything else.
This video has me convinced mine came busted. I start with adjust 3sec and it goes to SET for half a second then goes back to showing the time. It won't let me adjust.
The dial displays the day of the week, but is it possible to set it so that you also see the corresponding calendar date (ie. Monday 4, Tuesday 5, Wednesday 6, etc.)? All I can see on the digital display is my local time and the seconds immediately below.
I know this is 9 months late, but press the Start button. It shows the Month and Day in the display next to the DST HND . Example: 6/8 If you've already discovered this, please disregard lol.
Have done all this on the video but my hands are not matching my digital times and when I adjust the hands and set it once I go to the setting the hands go back to the time it was originally set witch is wrong😭 please help.
@@cordellmaniac Yes I solved the issue. Go on to the settings mode to change your location time am in the uk so mine is LON (London) then keep going through your settings like date and stuff when you change your digital time make sure all the hands are at 12 then when you go off the setting all hands will go in the correct position matching the digital. Hope that makes sense, can’t remember on top of my head but one of the bands will allow you to move all hands at 12.

The hand to show which day of the week is currently between Saturday and Sunday. It’s also midday as I write this. By the time it’s midnight will it be back on Sunday or is my watch broke lol
Sorry about that I hit the wrong button but anyways I get to watch set in the hands are a good half an hour behind like to watch keeps going behind a half an hour for some reason
