Hey! I followed this tutorial and it works but for some reason the person who submitted the ticket is unable to send a message? Im not sure if i missed out on smth but I tried with my alt and it didnt seem to let my alt send any messages in the ticket!
I appreciated this tutorial however, something I think would help is how to manager the channel to be a thread. Also how would permissions work on this inside discord
You didn't even mention Transcription.. My issue is, Saving things when players report things and post screenshots as evidence, the transcript doesn't save screenshots?
@@vchad30 It's more of a history of reports rather than a full archive from what I can tell. That would be cool if they added full transcripts with pictures though.
Hey man, thanks for help with the tickets, work pretty nice !! I just would like ask on the room name bans-and-kicks, how does it work? Do you have tutorial on that too? Thank u very much :)
I'm really trying to start out with better quality videos and start streaming. can I get any tips on how to start, and to use my platforms to start making income?
You nailed it man , awesome explanation ! One question only, after i'm done setting it up (using my two discord accounts), i got surprised recieving a dm from the bot (it dmed me on the member i used to request the ticket )! ....How to stop the bot from doing that ?!...
Your tutorial is very helpful!!! I did have a question. Say I wanted 2 different kinds of tickets, one for reporting issues in the server and one for reporting bug problems with the mods that I make. I figured out how to get it to post in different channels, but the report notifications all go into one channel based on the settings, and I can't figure out how to make it so that one is public and one is private. Any advice?
Hi, thank you so much for the tutorial! I have a question because something isn't working as it should. I can't make the message that pops up in the thread when you have started the ticket have the custom text I want. It just has the default "Thank you for contacting support. Please describe your issue and wait for a response." text and no title. I've looked through your video 3 times and feel like I'm doing everything exactly the same >.
@@EagleGarrett Ok so I finally fixed that issue but now I have the issue that @everyone/the person who made the ticket can't write in the thread created >.< Is your #report channel open for everyone to write in?
@@tildeissobieberlike No, you need to make sure that everyone has access to comment in threads made in that channel. Don't allow them to talk in the channel itself or create threads, but allow them to comment in threads.
I am having an issue with this bot! We use it in a racing league for people to report other drivers where the stewards can hand out post race penalties however when it comes to using the /closerequest function, it seems as though only admin of the league can use that, and stewards can only use the /close function, how do I make it to they can use /closerequest? I have made sure they are part of a staff team, and made sure that team is added to the support teams section on the panel where drivers can open up tickets. Any help with this would be excellent.
I believe it's a setting you have to enabled to allow people who have opened the ticket to close it. But be careful with who you allow to close the tickets. Otherwise info may be lost if the ticket is closed to soon.
@@RhimeOG It's probably just a permissions setting somewhere. I'd go back through and follow the guide step by step and make sure each permission is set accordingly.
