Is there a video explaining how to adjust the blade to the slider to actually make a square cut? That would be most helpful, since it's way off when brand new.
Thank you for the great video . I consider to buy one, but I have small workshop. What are dimensions of area I need to preserve not only for the machine but for the comfortable work? Can it stand near wall or I need access from it's each site? Thank you in advance.
The width of the K3 is 748 mm without the outrigger arm and front plate (seen in red at 1:00). In the configuration seen at 1:00, the outrigger arm would add a further 100 mm approx.
At no point did you address the throat plate or the phenolic throat plate. Reason I mention this is because I'm struggling to determine the proper vernacular to use when searching the Felder website to purchase this accessory. What do you call it?
We would call it a "zero clearance insert". This is classed as a spare part rather than an accessory so will not show on our tooling website. Contact our service team with the serial number of the machine and they will be able to advise part and pricing.
despite this guy’s is goofy breathy British accent, you can’t dress up a hammer saw to make it look like a real tool. I’ve bought two and my students have bought eight and not a single one has even arrived in working condition. Don’t worry you can spend $1200 and get a technician to come out and maybe fix it. The customer service is abhorrent, the quality is vastly interior to the price. I strongly recommend you look for a different brand
