Stern need release "micro pinball" ,1/10 or 1/18 scale fully playable From $99 to $299 each ($99 version is like a EM pinball)

Who in the world would pay five thousand dollars for a pinball machine for the home? They are built to a MUCH lower standard than the arcade pinball machines. For example, the arcade machines are built with plywood, the $5k home machines with MDF.

Brunswick home games used that and they’ve been fine, and those were made in 1979.

Five thousand Dollars is not what I would call "affordable" I would much rather have a simpler machine, but still arcade pinball for 1000 Dollars. Late 70s era being the best of both worlds. All digital logic and scoring, while relatively simple in mechanics without all the ramps and such. Just a single flat play field.

Yeah, ONLY $5000. "Affordable" Should take a page from the 1970s home market ones. Make a sub $1500 unit and can make it shorter than the full size but just as fun.

All you money bags saying, oh just spend a few k more and get a real pinball? Why don't you just spend a few k more and buy a Woz, or mm for 15-17k? No 5k isn't cheap but most people don't have 5k to spend on a toy nevermind a few k more. I've played this and own it, I think it's very fun and perfectly fine for people that aren't collectors. BTW I am a collector and have 15 pins, the majority collectors editions and LEs. Scooby-Doo, hobbit, IM, Alien, Woz 75th Anniversary Edition red slippers edition and jurassic park stern to name a few the expensive ones.

stern doesn't support these home models..good luck fixing it when it breaks..they don't answer emails or even make certain key components you will need when it breaks..and it will break..spend the other 2k and get a real machine..they make fantastic products, this is not one of them

Jesus, the size of the screen screams cheap, and yet this 'home' pinball is far from cheap. Yuck, would rather spend an extra couple of K and get a real pinball.
