Dr Novak - I have had great success with the Luft air pumps. First it was Tetra, now Coralife has one, which I have been using for years. They have a rheostat on their which helps to control the strength of the air flow. They are made for deep tanks and I have never had to repair one yet. Also very quiet. This is what I use for my plenum air flow
The tetra Luft air pumps have been around a long, long time. I found them to be extremely reliable, but a little noisier than the normal tetra air pumps.
Hi Dr. Novak, great video on these filters. Also, can I use leca/clay pebbles in my UGF anoxic setup? Your old video stated you didnt know the science why clay works but has the thought changed?
Yes, I heard the same complaint by other people for some reason you can't buy them on Amazon any longer. I don't know if they just ran out or if they stop production of the canister filter altogether.
Where can we buy these F Zone filters? The F Zone website is not even listing these anymore, 404 error on their page.. Amazon and Ebay sellers are all listing "no longer available".
