It’s super useful to have with a large SUV and a 3-yr old and a camper trailer. Just this weekend we used it to suck up ~5 cups of cereal the friend spilled in the car (under the seats, etc). Was it pricey? Yes. Was it worth it? Definitely yes.
You won’t believe I have manual typed all your subtitles for I am preparing for my interview as a live streamer for a vacuum company. The interview will be conducted in English. So I need to gather the terms of different parts in a vacuum🥲 thanks for your video, made me at ease after typing them out😂 ofc I will need to memorise some words like ‘the moterhead’, ‘docking station’, ‘the bin assembly’., etc😅
I wish they could make a docking station for charging where you didn't have to make holes in the walls with screws. Some kind of strong suction cup system
Suction system arent very suitable for heavier loads. There are a lot of variable to consider with suction. A minor unevenness of the wall may let the suction to stick for a while making the user "trust" but eventually may fall off. It's a potential danger to the device and user around. Probably why didnt go for that system.
i have a dyson v10 the only thing is my v10 is an all floors cleaner so i have to buy extra tools at the dyson shop tools i have bought from the dyson shop: flexi crevice tool up-reach adapter flexible hose matress tool direct drive cleaning head one more thing: i installed the wall dock poorly
Is there a special technique to get the battery pack to snap into the charging holder. Even trying to get it in at an angle without possibly cracking the unit has got us confused ... please help!
Hi! We're eager to help here. Can you please DM us (via Facebook, RU-vid, or Twitter) with your full name, shipping address, email, phone number, and serial number of your Dyson? Thanks!
It's a good video but if I had to have any comment to make it would be I wish there was a vocal added and not just subtitles as I am slightly visually impaired and had to focus all my attention on the subtitles and could not watch the screen
We would value the opportunity to go over your machine with you.,could you please DM us with your full name, full address, telephone/email address. and serial number.
I have just purchased this model. In terms of charging, can I leave the device plugged into the charger 24/7 (i.e. overnight), or will this corrupt the battery life of the model?
@@MrBigpappaT right? I've wanted to know the same thing 😔 I assume that since the dock automatically shuts off at full charge, it shouldn't corrupt. Kev - did you hear from them about an answer?
Just got one. On charge atm. Just need to figure out how the filter goes in and regester my guarantee. Always had upright dyson hoover but my dc 04 is not picking as well as it did.. And really overdue an upgrade. I hope it is good for the stairs should be easier with this thing.. I hope. :)
@@bingobaz6402 My mum just got a V10, they come with two filters, one is already connected, the other is for when you wash a dirty filter, so you can still use the hoover while a filter's drying.
@@dyson This is what I needed to know. I couldn't get it to turn on (it was plugged into the charger!) I also agree that a voice over would be very helpful.
This vacuum is so overrated and not worth half of the money there asking for. I just added carpet fresh to my rug and waited ten vacuumed. After doing this several time the fine dust get trapped in the Dyson and causes issues. A normal cheap plug in vacuum would do the job without no suction blockage issues. Then I just vacuum a regular wool like rug and the rug pieces get stuck in the side hole of the inside of the container? Like what are you kidding me? I never went through this with a regular cheap vacuum. Trust me folks save your money it’s not worth it.
Dyson vacuums are engineered to effectively remove ordinary household dust, debris and pet hair, but should only be used to pick up fine powders in small quantities. Per the User guide, we advise against using our machines to remove large quantities of dry carpet cleaning agents - they haven't been designed or tested for this purpose, and we can't guarantee damage won't be caused. If you need some help with your machine, please visit Dyson.com and click 'Support' to contact your region's Dyson Customer Care team.
