My web login screen does not look like the one pictured in the video. So the menus are different. For instance, there is no "My Products " option 😮. This kind of glitch is not uncommon with the PRESTO website and app, I've found. Frustrating.
Instead of providing a link to this outdated video on your website (when people search for "autoload") maybe just provide a link to the page where you can change your autoload settings.
