unknown myth just did our first 10k month last month. Got into Jordan’s affluent academy. It was ok, the ads stuff is solid, the appointment setting and sales stuff is awful (in my opinion). I signed 0 clients using there methods, never got the refund either cause I got corona and didn’t hold my end of the bargain up for two days with the cold calls (not really mad, it was only like $750 or something - but still is annoying) Don’t want to be too mean here in his comments as he kicked me out of the private Facebook group with 0 explanation for telling a member how I didn’t get much out of it when they asked what others experiences have been. You can make a series of screenshots to help and guide your client through the whole process of "how to make an ad account" and ask them to paste the ad account ID afterwards the account is made..... It would make everything alot easier for and your client while setting up the payment method.

Thank you so much! This is the most detailed tutorial I've watched on this subject. I've done everything that was explained. I see the client in my business manager. I have admin access to the page and ad account but I can't see the client when i go to "ads manager". When I click on ads manager it goes to my own business account. So my question is: Do I post the ad for the client under the umbrella of MY business account? And if I do won't it charge my credit card instead of theirs? Thanks for any help I can get :) Is there a next step video?

I figured it out! In business manager go to ad accounts and add yourself as a "person" there. In case anyone else is having issues with that ;)

Hi Jordan, I prefer for them to create an ad account and give me access most of the time rather than adding them as an employee on my business manager. What is the benefit of adding them as an employee over them giving you the access? Or is this just personal preference of the advertiser? Enjoyed your video by the way not trying to criticise just wondering! :)

If you have employers in your agency and you dont do everything by yourself they would need to ad every employer. With this method you can give your employers access to your business manager and they will automatically have access to the ad account.

You have said that For getting the admin access to our clients's page , we need to add them as friends in our personal profile , but if I don't want to add them to my personal profile and I dont want them to see my personal posts or other details what should i do to get the admin access to their Business Page

So there are a couple of things What the hell is Facebook business suite, I did a screen share and he didn’t have business manager only this. Also he can’t see my request, we’ve tried it a million times and doesn’t work. Something to do with the first admin only can do this. Honestly Facebook ads to set up needs a massive rehab. It’s beyond shocking

If they have a Business Manager Account then you have to add them as Partners in Business Settings of your Business Manager. If they are an individual who will work in your Business Manager then add them as people in your Business Settings.

Idk if it will help anyone but here's the little quick notes I took lol 1.get admin access of the clients Facebook page 2.now that we got there page on our business account we want to ask(add)there ad account ID but if they already have one we can start doing ads. 3.once you got the add account you go in the setting of the ad account then you ask for them to enter there card information but they need access to the ad account for them to enter there card settings by themselves. 4.go to people.assign them as employee and enter there Facebook email then you have to select and then give there Facebook page admin access alongside there ad account so they can have control of there financial pages 5.to get them to enter there payment settings you have to go on the payment settings page and copy paste the URL to them for them to enter there own information by themselves

Is there a maximum number of clients I can work with and thus have under one business manager account? I’ve been seeing that you can only have a maximum of 5 ad accounts in one business manager account, but what happens if we have more than 5?

If you're outsourcing ad management you'd still set up the client, you'd just add them as an employee to your business manager and then assign them the ad account as an advertiser

great video but i have been facing a problem lately. my friend and i started a business together and we live in 2 different countries. everything was going fine until we made an ad account. since my friend is responsible for ad payments and im for running ads. my ad account is disabling again and again. it says card details do not match the location. what is the solution for that cuz only his card can be added for ads payment method

It's not that this sounds difficult for us to do, but I feel like a lot of clients would be annoyed with how many steps it involves on their end. Just seems like Facebook made it more difficult for the client, especially because of requiring multiple steps of them.

Please I have an important question. Must the billing information of the client the same with ads manager's name. For example if the name of the company is RRS LLC, must the billing cardinformation the same with that or they can enter their personal card instead of their business credit card

I gather he is instructing us to ask for admin permission to BOTH the Business Page and the Personal Profile. I knew to ask for admin permission for my client's Business Page, but not their Personal Profile, which I now have. Not sure why I need both other than it makes using the mobile app easier.

Just landed my first client, been stuck trying to add their page to my business manager all day but I've just read this: 'To add a Page to Business Manager, you must also have been an admin on the Page for more than seven days. If you aren't an admin on the Page, you'll have to request access to the Page.' Which is news to me and might be a new update? I'm not sure Thanks for the video

I had this exact problem last year, the unfortunate truth is you have to make a new FB account :( I emailed and emailed FB saying that I needed my ad account for my business etc and they had no care! So I made a new FB. But here's the thing, be careful when you make a new account because if you make a new account and open an ad account straight away FB sting you for doing so and put your account on probation instantly.

I've been granted a Admin role though.
