Mine stopped working and so did my fobs at the same time even though I was told they have nothing to do with each other. I have 2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid Platinum my service adviser doesn't have a clue . Would you know?
The app never asks me to activate my vehicle. Only tells me that it isn't responding and to try later. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled many times and get the same results.
I added my 2017 F-150 XLT, but I can't really do anything with it. No activate button, no hotspot functionality, no nothing. But there are Fordpass settings on the screen in my truck. I don't get it. No one seems to be able to offer any explanation either.
