They average over 2-3 lbs and having a few that 5 or 6 lbs mixed in isn't uncommon, so 25 fish is A LOT of fish!

Yes but due to not having too many fishing parking spots most Shad fishing is done at Freeport miller park discovery park American river and Verona marina area produces much more fish

Let it sink count in your head how many seconds it takes to hit the bottom then you will know when to retrieve try to be 2-3ft off the bottom reeling it in good luck and thanks for watching
