I try to send voice messages to my son's watch because he can't read very well yet... it always says unable to send at this time. Is there a way for them to receive messages?
Does it work abroad? My son and I are traveling out of the US. My smartwatch worked fine in Honduras and Peru. Will this kids smart watch work in Colombia and Chile?
Can y'all add more games and add the ability to check the weather, Add more wallpapers, Voice to text, more ringtones, and the ability to record videos up to a minute. Please and thank you.
I agree with the weather idea. My son LOVES the weather and it seems no kids watches has weather for some reason. But I got this watch anyhow because it was "free" with T-mobile and with his school so far I will feel better knowing best when he'll be home and the ability to chat with him when needed.
im not big on my child having games on a device that requires battery life in order to locate them. plus, id like for my child to interact with friends and not be glued to the device unless they’re engaging with loved ones
Got my sons today . My question is how can my husband get the app , it’s saying because I am an admin he can’t log in . If he use my information it kicks him . Someone anyone can you please help ?
My sister loves this (: Thank you T-Mobile. Me and my family switched a while ago and it was so easy to set up my line for my iPhone. My SE was 200$ off and my sisters watch was free! The internet and 5G had been phenomenal and it is the best network I have ever had. Thank you (;
Can Guardians have other service providers? Grandma and Grandpa are on AT&T, clicking the invite is taking them to the T-Mobile login for SyncUP, and asks for a T-Mobile ID (which they don’t have).
At what age do you think a kid could start wearing this? Yours is older than mine, who is 7. Seems like it would be HUGE on her wrist/ idk if she’s responsible enough to keep it on/dry and not bang it into EVERYTHING. 🤣
Depends on the maturity and personality of your kid. My kid is like a blender on high speed, and I'm dreading the day he breaks this watch while playing at recess.
@@tunishawilliams2485 Is the $15 for a parent's own cell phone line, or is the cost an additional $15? I wasn't sure how you were breaking down those charges. Thanks.
Sorry to hear you're having trouble, Tammy. Try checking out page 14 of the user manual www.t-mobile.com/support/public-files/attachments/syncup-kids-watch/SyncUP%20KIDS%20Watch%20User%20Manual.pdf
Hi G R. We appreciate your observation. The reason this is the case is because prices can fluctuate, but RU-vid videos cannot be easily replaced. So we include the link to the product page in the cards and endscreens so you have easy access to pricing info: www.t-mobile.com/smart-watch/t-mobile-syncup-kids-watch Hope this helped!
@@jonesy2892there’s no limits to the contacts you can add but yeah definitely better for a kid than an Apple Watch. My 8 year old son is not ready for that! Loving this watch so far. Been seeing a bunch of bad reviews on T-Mobile’s website but I think it’s perfect.
@@RobertoCNievesAndradesthe instructions do not say where. If you don't really know the answer then why respond. The answer is... The sim card is not necessary. There's an eSim already installed. Why T-Mobile provides a sim is weird.
hi I appreciate this but it's not showing my photos and I have photos of my dead dog on it anyway to make it wear I can see photos when I do it it's just a black screen
