If you have trouble finding a place to put it, I have the perfect spot right next to me 3d printer. I had planned on asking if it could cut 1/8th ply. But you answered my question in the video. I can't wait to see more from it. I'll catch you Wed. @ 10am central on your live stream.
I just finished putting mine together. Some of the plugs were a pain to get, because I have big hands. Tomorrow, I will set it up on the computer with light burn. I also got the cover to go over it, since I will be using it inside.
I love the ease of putting the machine together with your instructions. My son in law pit mine together last Sunday and on Monday we attached the air assist and the ventilation tubing. I couldn't get it to connect with my computer when I attached it to my USB plug. Did what I was supposed to do but no such luck so far. My big problem occurred on Tuesday when I was going to try to connect the machines again and the laser machine won't turn on. The air assist works and so does the fan so I know it isn't the plug it connects too. I don't know why all of a sudden it doesn't turn on when you flip the switch. Please help if you can, Thank you,
Thats weird. I'd triple check all the electronic connections first, if that doesn't work you might reach out to the xTool support team. As far as the connections goes, make sure you have the little microswitch on the main board in the correct position. It mentions this in the instructions. I can't remember what position it needs to be in for normal operation but it makes a difference. I hope that helps a little.
@@homebuiltshop thank you, I will try that and see if it works. I am so ready to start new projects as my regular D1 10W laser broke. they have no replacements for the laser xtool told me so that's why I got the new one.

Thank you so much for the great video! Ive encoutered my first issue, for the step at 8:01, I cant plug the White cable into the white socket, I have tried for ways, it seems there is a plastic piece on the white cable that it stoping it from sliding in, ayone else have this problem?? Thank you!
