It makes more sence to get the cooling water from the bottom to the top I usually fill water from the bottom so that I know the cylinder is full all the way up. Secondly I would never start my compressor under pressure (With the bleeder closed tightened) make sure the bleeder is a little bit open to avoid to presurize the highpressure piston. Then connect your bottle, start your compressor, close the bleeder and let it build pressure the right way. After reached the right pressure, shut down the compressor, bleeed out the air, disconnect your bottle. Then start your compressor for some seconds with the bleeder open. That will drain out that little xtra moist that allways remain in there.
I had thought about getting one of these before getting a VKS but my dad conviced me otherwise. Like he strongly discouraged me from getting one of these compressors. So I went with CO2 and never gone the HPA route. Had I gone with the HPA route, I would have been running this compressor for sure.
They really are a good compressor. If one of mine has messed up it's been my own fault for doing something stupid. As long as you always make sure the water is running, use distilled water, And don't be an idiot like I was one time and put a little bleach in the water to prevent bacteria 🤣🤣. Yep it prevented bacteria okay but it corroded the inside where the water wouldn't flow anymore 😔

I just purchased one today on amazon then realized I needed oil to anyway I was thinking distilled water would not be a bad Idea I remember a steam mop long ago I used regular tap bad Idea that was a lesson learned, I see some people use antifreeze I'm thinking both better safe then sorry, I still have my CS-GX3 that works great but redundancy is my moto one is non two is one or some BS like that😎

Yeah, unless you have the endurance and the strength, I would avoid the hand pump. A compressor like the Yong Heng is the way to go, especially with larger air tanks.

Hello Mr. Spencer, I have a couple questions/ problems. First problem is I deleted the regulator on my Vulcan m17 and now it shoots on full auto even on single fire a fire full auto until it gets down to 2000 PSI or less. I have a new bolt spring I'm going to try alone with my factory spring and see if that helps a problem. Next problem... My FSC pepper ball marker also has the regulator blocked off and it blew the nail cig o-ring out first shot. I fixed it with a new milfig o-ring and now I have air blowing out the very center of the back of the gun where the bolt goes as soon as I burst the CO2. Please help me
The first problem could be the sear, but either is hard to diagnose without seeing it in person. On the FSC, change the o-ring on the outside of the heat core and that may fix it
@@DKSpencerCustomKinetics I have already replaced those also before I asked. I'm going to try adding a smaller spring along with the factory spring. As far as the FSC... I took the flat head screw/cap off the regulator and removed everything and I screwed the cap back on Flush. Is that correct.? The first shot it blew the milsig o-ring out (it was broken and twisted and stretched like a water hose washer). I replaced it along with the o-rings on the outside and now it only leaks out the back.
@@GordonClark-sv6pn I don't typically do a rig delete on these I just change out the pressure relief valve and you do that on the side opposite the Flathead screw
