Idk about anyone else… but for me, I prefer the byrna for the simple fact it looks just like a firearm. There is a mag, in the proper location, and doesn’t have a weird knob on the bottom. IMO if someone sees that knob on the bottom where the mag is supposed to go, they’re going to know it isn’t real, and it could change the situation very drastically.
I have such a problem with all of my magazines. That wimpy little spring and flimsy wire never hold anything back. My ammo goes shooting out every single time I load the mags. I know that locking the follower down can prevent that but is there a stronger spring and wire, that you may know of, that can help hold the ammo in the mag? BTW - love the vids - keep it up
@@bryancantrell1138 The forecast looks like my area won't be inside the eye of the hurricane but we'll still get lots of rain, close to 2 inches on Sunday and 3 inches on Monday. We are bracing ourselves for the possibility of flooding on the streets. That is a lot more rain than what we usually get on a normal day.
I’ve run a red spring in my fsc for a few years now with round ball and have NEVER had that issue with a ball passing by my detents. Sounds like you need to find a better quality detent.
I have a TCP barrel for my FSC that can shoot pepper balls and mags that go with it but......I prefer to just use my FSC and the FSR rubber rounds for home defense I do have pepper balls but.....in the house could be a bad situation so, how does the TCP barrel differ from the one for pepper ball projectiles?
@@hotrodprepper656 There are several power demo videos on my channel of different TCRs I've built. I have quite a bit of content on TCRs. But I don't build them for people anymore, I can no longer get the parts to turn them all black which is the only thing that really needed to be done on 90% of them to get them close to 60 joules.
Hey DK, I cleaned the barrel with alcohol first Let it dry Install the new Detents On one side of the barrel, only using one detent custom fit over top with electrical tape carving out all areas with an X-Acto knife (Grooved areas) flush with back of barrel.
