The dongle for the controller was missing in the box so my controller was not able to work. This may be an issue for others as well. Thanks for the video, it helped me figure out why the controller wasn’t connecting and working.

Does the controller need to be used with batteries or no batteries in order to work, yes I plugged the lil mini usb and everything’s on but the controllers not working
if you los thr usb reciever cna you buy anotehr one that works or only ones with the josrticks works also can u chaneg the control typoes? like buy another set and stick it to the game stick ?>
Great product! Only thing with the one that was sent is , some games don't load properly is there away you can help so all games can work thanks. Hook up is a breeze. Just the games I was looking to play is not loading. It just go back to menu.

How do you change menu List to Class as my controller only goes up and down to move up and down to select games but dont know how to move over to Class on top of screento change between Ps1 and other systems..see plenty of demos of people going into List but cant see how they select it????
I'm having a lot of the same issues. I do not have anything plugged into the wall but one end in to the USB on my TV and the other end to the hdmi port on the TV. When i switch on to HDMI1 on my TV the main screen comes up but the controllers don't do anything. Both are on and have batteries. Any ideas?

This is a major issue i have, I bought one and it worked for a couple of minutes, I unplugged it, ended up plugging it back into play it again and all the games were gone, I kept taking the game back and exchanging for a new one and they all kept doing the same thing, I finally get one that worked for like 6 months and yesterday it started doing the same crap...how do you fix this issue!?

My controllers work individually but as soon as attempting to play a 2 player game at the same time 1 controller loses control. Can use if 1st player stops pressing buttons but not working if playing together!
Hi. I managed to set this all up, but the controllers aren't working on it. (Yes I did put the Bluetooth dongle in it, but controllers aren't responding to the game unit.)
Im sending mine back...my tv will say hdmi 1 is available i go to it and it says no signal i got everything plugged in correctly and nothing loads up...what a piece of crap 😭
The PS1 roms that come on the Micro SD card are not good. I inserted other roms, and everything works great. The games I tried: Medal of Honor, Medievil, MK4... I've only had this for two days. You can also use controllers on your PC, for playing PC games. For €20, this is a great deal.

I get the stick to power up and I see king of fighters on my screen, however neither of my handcontrollers work, any idea what might be wrong? I have it "on" and the mini usb stick inserted
How do I connect it to a laptop? I did everything I had to do, the lights are on (blue), but there's nothing appearing on my screen and I don't know how to make the games start. Help!
Try to see if it works on tv so that you are sure it's working. Afterwards try to restart your PC and see then if something appears when you plug the usb in
Discovered that one of my remotes is the primary and IT WORKS flatboeast for the one player games!! Try one and if that one barely works turn it off and try the other. Good luck!!
I got mine set up fine. Got into a game then it crashed and went black. And now it’s like it’s not powering on. No light on the system and won’t show through hdmi. Anyone know what has happened?
@@Aleyah-ey2xw then press the mode button on the gamepad, there it switches mode. System mode Gamepad mode Each should match one another, this is like press the gamepad mode button until it matches which is on the setting
