Okay I just got mine in the mail & hooked it up. Please tell me you put in 2 triple A batteries and clicked the "on" button on the bottom of the controller lol

I got one, even though the usb was connected the controllers didn't work right away. So I disconnected the usb and reconnected it and it worked. just a heads up for anyone who had similar problem.
So you can actually do either one. If your TV has a USB port it will power the device just fine. If it doesn't have one you can use a 5v cell phone adapter.
Quick question, you didn’t say on the video, but the last Mirco USB Cord that you plug into the Main Game Device (with a USB on the other end), where do you plug the USB into?
Ordered mine, hopeful, I notice a lot of people run off USB tv. A plug should be better, my firesticks, which in theory are top quality, struggle on USB tv.
The top problems seem to be power or not getting the receiver for the controllers. I hope it works for you. In my experience tv USB with these devices work well
Some wall USB plugs straight up don't work. I have many at home and a lot of them won't power the device. So if you have an issue I recommend trying different plugs
@RetroGamerReviews Thanks for both replies, should be plenty of games that work for me, going to try get the receiver on stick visible to joypad, hopefully that might help,

you need the little USB plug to synch with the controllers apparently. somebody bought this set-up for me, but i can't find where they put the box, so MY USB plug is either missing or lost.
Thank you for the tutorial man. I have the same product but the SD card they included is probably corrupted. I checked the files at it displays 0 byte no data at all. This might be the reason why the game is stuck in black screen after the "LOADING" prompt. Can you recommend any site where I can manually download the files? I will flash it to a new SD card myself. Thank you!
@Jonathas Carvalho yep i specifically asked a seller in an online shop to send me sd cards with games. It was on shopee. If you're using the same in your country I can let you know of the shop
Ever had a problem where the controller is recognised in the menus but not in the games? The mode button is red and I can't get it to turn green. The manual that came with the system is not all that helpful XD
My nephew just bought this thing from vacation and ask me to plug it in... I've read the instruction 5 times and after we all couldn't figure it out so i just pulled out my phone and found this video, turn out i just need to plug the micro usb in to make it finally work
If I put the usb's for the controllers into my pc do you think I could use the controllers? I don't care much for the emulator I just want the controllers lol
