Don't have a Movi or Moment lens but still watching.... You know for the furture, when i do have it

You guys make excellent products, and I just wish you're better in customer service. I ordered this gimbal back in March, had no update since, and email often takes over a week for a reply. Recently, Freefly has changed the shipping time frame to 2-3 weeks for NEW orders, and I'm still waiting for mine. Come on! Pick up your game!

Moment is simply great for iPhone photography and now with the Movi….outrageous video to go with some great still pieces. I recently dumped all but my favorite DSLRs...so much less to carry around and end results nearly DSLR quality! Thanks to everyone at Moment for the great tutorials and product support.

SUPER helpful video -- it turns out you only need the counterweights if you're using an additional lens on your iPhone (I'm not yet) - but still cool. After watching this video, I was shooting within 5 minutes with the app. Sweeeeet.

I got the MOVI and the Moment Wide Angle Lens, I was in Russia for the Worldcup and I've got some incredible footage out of it.

Thank you guys for this awesome video and product. I'm wondering which app you are using for shooting with moment lens and gimbal in a same time? Let me, please, explain what I mean. Moment has it's own app for shooting with lens (which has features like white balance locking) and gimbal (Movi, Osmo etc) has it's own app for shooting (which does not have integration with moment lenses, white balance locking or other feature moment app does). So what type of app it is recommended to use: moment or gimbal? Thank you. Excuse me, for probably stupid question.

I’m so confused I have a XS Max and I put a moment 58 mm lens without any counterweight and it worked just fine. Is it just preferred to use the counterweight to lessen the load or am I doing something wrong?

Great battery life, easy app set up. Wish it had more tweaks for camera. Paired mine with Moment lenses, and using counter balance was easy (unlike their big gimbals!). Finding that the violent shake I sometimes encountered is apparently from having it over sensitive in the tuning. Mine lists to one side very slightly when powered up...haven’t sorted that out. Handle back buttons are good, but wish for a joy stick. Record trigger is placed too high for easy access.

I have the Samsung S20 Ultra and I have been unsuccessful at balancing the phone with the moment 18mm lens and the counter weights. Do I need more counter weights or am I doing something wrong?

So if I switch out lenses I have to go through the same process each time?

Which lens do you use most on the Movi the Moment Anamorphic or Wide lens? Do you switch between lenses and ND filters? It's a bit of pain adjusting the counter weights.

Does the gimbal motor get in the shot with 18mm wide lens? What if use this gimbal with UWA like the one on Samsung S10?

Can you shoot flat within the Movi app? What about also shooting 120fps?

I feel like the phone is never centered in the gimbal as if in chasing to keep it leveled. Using s20 ultra. Big phone issue maybe?

Does this gimbal have a tilt feature to point up & down? I will be using this stationary on a mic stand to record music production. I understand osmo 2 & 3 has a joy stick while the smooth 4 requires manual adjustment.

Here you just balanced the Movi on one axis. On Freefly's video they balanced it on three. I could not get it balanced on all three. Left to right was easy but when you tilt it down to try and balance it on that axis I could never get it to work. You watch Freefly's video and they did it like in one take. It's never been that simple for me. I also noticed you have a bigger counterweight in this video. Is that the weight for the 8+ phones? I ordered one for the iPhone X and my largest weight is not that big. I almost want to get that larger one though as it seems like it would be easier to balance. I was able to still use the Movi even if it wasn't balanced on all three. I did notice however though that if I tilted it like doing a barrel roll, the Movi shook like crazy so you could see that it wasn't properly balanced. I wish balancing this was easier! Love the Movi itself though. Keep up the great videos!

How does the Movi work with the battery case? Are all of your lenses close enough in weight to each other for correct balance or does every lens need balanced when changed?

Hi, I bought me also a Movi Freefly after seeing your video. It arrived today. But the Recording button doesn‘t feel right. The other buttons are clicking right but the recording button doesn‘t click. It is functioning but it seems wrong. Is this correct? Have you the same situation? Thank you in advance.

Is it possible to attach an external mic to the setup with an iPhone, and when the counter weights are added?

My biggest apprehension about pulling the trigger on this is the iphone judder of OIS when using a gimbal. I have a Feiyu gimbal currently and the judder kills it. I'll have to wait and see some independent reviews of this because no gimbal to date has been able to get rid of this issue.
