Be very careful with this organisation. In our case, they tempted us in by saying they had never had an application rejected, took our money, passed us from person to person, and when our application was rejected, refused to accept blame or give even a partial refund. Proceed with caution.
Dear Mr Frith, as stated in our detailed email correspondence, your application wasn’t unsuccessful. The Charity Commission simply raised a few queries, which is standard practice, and a response was required from your trustees to enable the Charity Commission to come to a decision regarding your application. We informed you of this request and the timeframe in which your response was required. You failed to provide the information and as a result the application was closed. In any successful application the client is responsible for providing the information the Charity Commission requests, we cannot create this information, it must come from the client.
