You could probably do it with a Powershell script as well. But good video would like to see more like this good job!

On my workstation. When I click on Add Roles and Features it pops up a message Either there are no server in the server Manager server pool, or there are no server support remote installation or removal of roles and supported server, use the Add serer command on the Manager menu of the Server Manager console. when I add my server I get an error

@IT Career Questions: After my server restarted I went to log in to the admin account but I can't. On the login screen, it only shows Other User and not admin anywhere. It's asking for a domain name or domain user which we haven't set up yet. How can I log back into my admin account because as of now, I'm completely locked out.

Hey I just built an AD DC the same exact way, naming is not the same of course, and it's just not letting nodes on the network join to the domain, I can ping the server and everything but it just won't connect using the NetBIOS name/ my .local name. Any suggestions? (Yes they are on the same network, no VLANs in play, it's a SOHO network as well, so maybe there is DNS issue? but I had set my computers to run off of the Server as DNS and that also resolves fine... it's driving me mad lol)

is a trade school a good option for somebody who dosen't want to go to collage?

If you're looking into the IT field, but don't necessarily want to go to the university route, I would consider looking at a local community college first. If they have an IT program, chances are high that it would be much cheaper and better than a trade school. A lot of the trade schools you see advertise are for-profit schools and are generally more interested in your money rather than your education. ITT Tech comes to mind.

I don't think you understood my previous comment. The school ITT Tech was shut down 6 years ago due to fraud and a whole bunch of shady things they did for many years. I'd say PC repair/help desk/support is a good way to get started in the IT field. You'll get exposed to a lot of things within the IT field. I don't know what your current knowledge is in regards to computers and the IT field, but definitely try learning as much as you can now.
