All of these options were locked until you purchase pro so it's no longer free

What options were locked? If it was just certain voices its because I paid for them.

@@routererror Literally all of them except a sample rotation of 2 voices

@@Ribcut Im not sure then from what I read you get around 7 voices that rotate each week.

The only other thing I can think of is make sure you are logged in on the application and make sure the voicebox is checked in the top left with the all voices arrow pointing down (located in the middle section).

So if the input device is the app, can I still speak through my headphone microphone?

Yes if you set it to your microphone in the app. When you have the voice changer turned off it will just be your regular mic.

@@ni4694 You would set your input to voicemod audio cable in games and apps used for talking to other people. Then they would be able to hear the voice changer. Then if you have the voice changer toggled off it would sound just like your mic.

It wont work when i put the input to the voice changer input when i hit test microphone it doesnt register in game threw battlenet on my pc for me ive tryed everything

You are trying to use it through battle net voice chat or in a game that’s on battle net? If so what game?
