the app won’t connect to the box keeps saying g is it plugged in when everything is in place also light is blue on one box and purple on my other and won’t change
Thanks, but I don't need help. After doing some research and viewing a few RU-vid videos on the topic, I bought a TP-Link Router. Installation was easy and it works great. Let me know if/when you get the installation on your devices working properly.
