There are devices that will allow mouse and keyboard by making them look like a controller to the Xbox (like a XIM). That doesn’t mean they have access to any of the PC MnK settings. They are still limited by the parameters of the controller.

Sorry, Bungie only supports controllers on consoles.

Bungie hasn’t set up keyboard and mouse to be enabled for console players which really sucks because I wish I could use keyboard and mouse 🥲

I think it just might be a logistics thing. Destiny started as controller only game and when it went to PC it’s expected mouse and keyboard will be enabled. And then, not to isolate it’s existing playerbase that doesn’t want to change input methods, they have to keep controller as an option. For consoles it isn’t customary for a game to provide mouse and keyboard support. Even if I think it would be awesome if Xbox or PS allowed MnK.

No. Currently there is no support for mouse and keyboard on the consoles.

@@Krausader dang it what if i get a adapter will that work i have a mouse and keyboard but no pc i play on xbox

@@GenesisKid adapters like xim will allow you to use a mouse and keyboard on something like an Xbox but you don’t get access to the MnK settings because the game still thinks you’re using controller. That means your mouse will still move with the sensitivity range of a controller stick which is extremely painful unless you like extremely low DPI.

Unfortunately there’s still no console support for mouse and keyboard. Only on PC. :(

Because its stupid... Why should i need to buy a mouse and keyboard to get close to other players in the crucible? Console is console. Go buy a fucking pc if you do not want to use a controller

@@Elssi This argument holds no more ground anymore. Console is slowly beginning to integrate keyboard and mouse into major titles like Fortnite, COD etc onto console. If people want to use keyboard and mouse on their consoles they should, we're becoming far more cross platform in most multiplayer games, this change was, and is, inevitable. If you don't want to use it don't, I personally think it's a great addition for people who don't wish to buy or can't afford a PC. We can't push this change aside anymore, this is what people want.
