You can consider using google home app, or Alexa app. Google home app is nicely integrated with android so you can use voice commands and other triggering mechanisms

Unfortunately ikea switches are not exposed like hue switch on any platform such as Apple HomeKit or Alexa. Hey there! I came across a similar issue when I installed a new Ikea bulb in one of my rooms after this video. To fix it, I had to restart both my Hue bridge and my Apple HomeKit device, which was an Apple TV in my case. Hopefully this helps!
