What's wrong with a Microsoft Account? I've been using it for a few years now and never had a problem.

I have had too many customers that have been switched to a pin then forgotten their underlying microsoft password and not been able to reset it, resulting in them being locked out of their own pc.

@@nerijus7 For me it's friends and relatives not keeping track of their passwords and also not keeping their contact details up to date. If you forget your password and have changed your recovery telephone number or email address or don't get a recovery message from Microsoft then you could stand to lose access to your computer and files if Microsoft have tricked you into putting them in the cloud. In these instance Microsoft have refused to help recover customers accounts.

@@cwtek1 Ever heard of backup? If people don't care about backup their computer - they end up in problems. A simple program Acronis will save you from your problems. Or you can use the build in backup feature in Windows. It's pathetic to say Microsoft will trick you into cloud function...you sound paranoid. What is wrong with cloud? Nothing. You create nonsense with your argument. So all of your relatives and friends are losing their passwords? It sounds like a joke and it's just made up to make your point valid. And if your relatives and friends have sudden memory loss...they need help. Can' you see how ridiculous it sounds?
