Measure from your neck to where you want your sleeve to end

I folded by the yardage not by the 60 inches length. You will need 3 and half yard or 4yards of fabric depending on your height.

Measure your arm circumstance to know the right inches you need for yours. 7 inches is actually standard except you are extremely fat.

Measure from the nape of your neck to where you want your sleeve to stop. It is that measurements you will use when cutting. I hope you understand
