Weird coincidence. I'm just learning to sew clothes, and I'm a huge Love Notions fan. I decided to make my husband better jeans than the ones he's been buying from Target, because cheap jeans suck. I bought a button fly pattern, which he, of course, hates. Okay, hon, I'll figure things out. Thanks for helping me figure things out!

The Glissando skirt is one of my favorite patterns, I have made it 4 times. Trying to work up the courage to do the pants, that full belly adjustment makes it so tempting! I have a gorgeous piece of olive twill. Thank you for this wonderful tutorial to make that fly so much easier!

Before I cut anything out, can you add power mesh to the front to give a tummy tucking addition to these pants? What a treat getting two Whitney videos today!

I am sure you can! But you already get so much hold from the way the pockets are designed. The pockets go into the fly so pretty much straight across the tummy area. ~K
