Key light was at 1/4 power (ad400) and I don’t remember the fill or rim. Don’t focus on my power settings too much. They’ll be different than yours unless you’re using the same exact lights, modifiers and placements. Focus on getting it to “look” right like the video. You could use a light meter to get proper light measurements but I find it works just fine by taking a few test shots and making sure my histogram isn’t over exposed
