Some super detail images Steve, that puddle/reflection was really nice. As you say in the video, that's the composition that presents itself only when you stop and look around, great advice. As this is my first winter doing woodland/landscape images I'm looking forward to it, I already have a sense that the bleak/stark conditions are offering up more compositions for me. Summer was the hardest season, as the full canopy woodland is just harder for me to see the compostions.
Many thanks Julian, I'm used to a period of adjustment but I get into the Winter mood eventually, especially if we get a couple of good frosts\fog\snow days 👌 There's a lot of 'stuff' in Winter 😊 stuff appears that wasn't there in Summer\Autumn so the exploring is quite rich I'd say. I'm excited for you mate, some great atmospheres, some epic light falls in Winter too... Yeah.. hopefully your in for a treat & based on the quality of your Autumn work I can't wait to see what you capture 👌😊 By the end of Feb (if you're anything like me, you'll be wishing for full canopies again).. and we go around in circles like this season after season.. 😂 Brilliant isn't it? 👍

Ahh I'm pleased someone noticed.. I only saw the festive antlers after I finished editing. Nature having a giggle on me perhaps 👌 Thanks mate, challenging time but can be quite interesting. Fingers tightly crossed for snow but no sign as yet ❄️🤞
