Correct! I'm not a fan of scotch either...both the mezcal and scotch share some similarities in their flavor profile that I don't find all that appealing. The smoky, peaty, leathery aspects just don't work for me, and I've tried. I've had a couple cocktails made with mezcal that I can get into but we used a really mild 'gringo' mezcal. I have been forcing myself to be more open with mezcals, but it has been a struggle. Thanks for watching!

Yeah, been a while since my last video. This time of year is the busiest for me at work so I've been traveling alot and the times I've been home, there just been too much going on to find a quiet few hours to get a video made. I should have more time going into 2023. Cheers!
