Hello Hello,
I love this move that we now call “Love the Duck” in our household. Lol! It’s fun to do and a GREAT way to build up strength. I don’t even think of it as exercise when I’m doing it but it really is. Moves like this are so valuable to master since it broadens your skill set and benefits the journey to learn other fun Roller Skating Tricks. I’ll see you again super soon. Take care,

I love the idea of calling it "Love the Duck!" Brilliant. Also.... am I the only one who doesn't understand how people don't fall backwards when doing the canon ball? I get that having your leg out keeps you upright in "love the duck," but my limbo game is crap because even though I can go super low.... I can't seem to balance in a canon ball... what might I be missing?

Thank you! Yes really lean forward when you are ready to get up and slide the extended foot back under you. Make sure both feet are securely under and push up. Hope this helps. 💓

I am able to do it, but my issue is staying in a straight line. I move with my rollerskate towards the side of the leg im holding up. Any tips on that?

It could be a couple things. First that comes to mind is a weight distribution factor. So the positioning of your foot and where you put most of your weight will cause a turn. You can try to counter that by repositioning and with practice you probably will get the hang of it. 2nd thing I thought of was your trucks. Maybe being loose or how they are positioned. Hope this helped a little. 💜
