Mam what to do if it's 2nd prof mbbs exam time and your sleep is totally disturbed...not slept for 2 days and next day is the exam...I am facing this problem right now..and can't find a solution..I am confused that should I wake up from bed at 6 am or wait on bed to take few hour sleep

Ma'am I m also suffering from same situation from last 1 month. I m unable to sleep well...my sleeping cycle was disturbed at midnight...and form that 4 to 6 hours the sleep will not come...some facts and emotions are plays under my subconscious mind recently I m suffered from this problem

I've had many childhood traumas and recently a few years ago I've been used as a pawn in a chess game by some close one's. Since then I've been kind of struck in this spiral loop of thoughts and unable to figure out what happened to me, and living in denial. I have observed that I come home at 8 pm and sleep at 11 pm, inbetween I bath, eat, talk and see tv news. There is no sleep but still go to bed, do some meditation but no help. Mind continuously filled with not anccomplished works, worries linger, anxiety and panic situation takes place and whole night tossing and turning takes place. Please show me a way.
