Today I'm answering the question: How to sing low notes? Thanks to The Cool Bros 2000 for asking this great question. The three things I suggest that you are aware of when singing low notes is to ensure that your larynx does not drop low, you engage your resonance and lean back on the air a bit. Many of us have experienced flipping up to the octave above when trying to sing something low. Today I'll show you how to sing low notes so you can avoid that.

Whenever i do low notes it ends up silent in the end it’s like im doing low notes and as i go low there’s no sound coming out of my mouth. And when i do high notes it feels like im forcing it and when its too high it vibrates too much that I can’t control it. but i really want to be able to sing both notes:((

I have no knowledge of singing (why I'm here) but I have noticed in a lot of old songs with very high notes vibrate a lot more than when people try to vibrate their voice.

on high notes you should do the vice versa. take them lightly and then support them with your breath. as for low notes, i'm still struggling too. i am mezzo, and i can take quite low notes, but i would like to go even further))

My voice gets really crackly when I get to a certain low note where my voice sound doesnt come through and instead it sounds like a growl that the predator does in the movie

I have a raspy or rather a hoarse voice. Higher notes can manage. But nowadays cant seem to sing low eg in C chord low songs. Very frustrating, voice cracks , gets squeaky. Some 5-7 years ago could easily do lower, I used ta smoke. Now a strict non smoker, but lost my lower base notes😥 Kindly advise. Thanks This video was unique👍

but what helps to keep the larynx up and more neutral I know yawn to help keep it down but its hard to keep up when singing low

Love your videos--thank you for the great explanations of what's actually happening with the vocal apparatus. About singing low, figuring out how to sing in the subharmonic (M0) register is a game changer. I went from high-ish baritone to having solid, resonant, loud basso profondo notes.
