I am back into blading since two weeks after a 23 years break. Mini ramp works quit well for me, but i am still afraid of riding backwards into the ramp so the first thing i did was to jump with a 180 on the coping instead of frontside.
Perfect tutorial! Thanks. A couple of ramps near me have coping that sticks out too far to roll over. The wheels just bounce off them and I'm not sure what to do there. Also, dropping in backwards scares the shit out of me, even though i can roll backwards no problem, and I can't figure out how to do a backside stall.
I came looking for mini ramp tips, and got the tips + good energy + love + a beautiful philosophy + beautiful sky. Next time, please turn a little bit down the charmfulness cause it's hard to take! (naa, actually Keep it up! Thanks for all the tips and stuff! Have a beautiful day for yourself today aswell!
Hi! Realy like your turorials! So calm and its nice to adopt this way. Just getting back to inline but new to agrresive inline skating. 2nd time to go to skate park with ramps. Can i ask what to do 1st. Do i have to practice ramps or grinds? Thanks
Absolutely love your tutorials just wanna give u a massive shout out for helping me I'm 44 and have an ankle fusion proving I can do this with your stuff on you tube
I was at the skate park for the first time as a 52 year old fitness / street skater who has been skating for about 5 years (100 miles / 161km per month on average) since I started at the age of 47 for the first time. I took my FR1 4x90s with the wheels worn down to around 80mm to the park I didn't think 3x100mm was a good idea for my first time. I saw this mini ramp but thought it was a bit beyond my abilities for the first time at the park. With your help I may try this the next time I visit this park.
I wish I had a skate park nearby to go to back in the day. I would skate every day but no skate park to go to and I never got experience on any kind of ramp or transitions. I'll always love skating and I love watching your videos, Coco. Keep it up!
But if I hit that thing with my wheels I fall ... so I have to jump over that thing or jump on that think fine I will try to roll over that thing that prevents me to roll over it more then once. Ah it's like its all about practice or something.
I can’t lie to you. It is terrifying until you learn to trust that you’ll roll over. Unless your airing out of the coping and hit your wheels coming back down. That’s also been a massive fear of mine for a very longggg time. One day at a time babyyyy! You got it. And if you don’t, leave the session telling yourself, “next time Jordan” One love brother 🌱
Tried to jump in on a mini ramp the other day for the first time. As soon as My feet touched the ramp I sat straight down... butt hurts from 2 days ago😅
Thanks for releasing so many good tutorials so regularly! Love your channel. Not skating related, but your voice sounds like it's been recorded too hot. Maybe turn down preamp and turn up in post.
Love your videos! What's your setup if you don't mind me asking? I'm looking for some flat frames and I noticed you skate flat, do you have any recommendations? Ty
I think she skates Kaltik frames. I know the ones on her UFR AP boots are Kaltik Freestyle frames. The ones in this video look like the Kaltik flat frames.
