I found refilling was made easier and much faster by leaving the “fill plug” in place and instead pulling the hose & plastic nipple from the top of the fill plug and putting the oil quart bottle directly into the hole. Seals up nice and you can fill the reservoir very quickly without making a mess.
Another great video. I have a 900 ace turbo and your videos are very helpful. Do you work for a shop? How often are you supposed to change the chain case oil, I have 600 miles on my sled from last year.
No mechanical issues, only thing is that we needed to change the electrical cluster/ dash, it was acting up. The dealer changed it ASAP. Yes it’s all stock. Good stuff now we just need more snow!
