you need a sharp French knife and a side of any fresh salmon,starting at the tail, bevel your knife under salmon at the tail ,pressing down while wiggling the skin as shown. should come off in one piece,if not start at the point where skin tore and cut under skin as you did in the beginning.#fresh#skinless#easy#whole salmon filet#wow

Why cut off the nutrients? Taste delicious crispy sautéed in small amount of olive oil and generous amount of salt. All the vitamins you threw away, omega 3 we all need! Only takes 5 minutes on medium heat to get crispy and delicious 😋
