quite good (especially for the vocals which are very accurate) the choice of samples is of course appropriate for dubstep but Quest For Fire is rather "polished" and doesn't really have as much of a "gritty" sound as the percussion you use, the rhythm of the percussion on the drop would have to be cleaned up if it is to sound like the music on the QFF album (in my opinion) also Skrillex's sound on QFF is louder (but loudness is not the most important thing as long as the sound is good) has more bass in general (especially in the midrange) and the highs are less shrill
Ssavid man you have to have to check out and do one in the style of G Jones- Shellshock. He blends, trap, dub, melodic future bass, Idm, everything to make his tunes. Have a listen you could kill the tutorial
What kind of tutorial is this? I don't want to see how to make music with loops and BASS SAMPLES, I want to know how to synthesize it and make it myself.
hey man sick tutorial! I was just wondering how you modified the vocal at the beginning to make it sound like a "skrillex" vocal? i found the original but I am struggling to make it sound like yours
It is a lengthy process btw. I have been doing it for around 4 and a half years still I won't say i am professional or even that good but it improves over time the more you hang out with it. I improved from year to year and i think next year i am gonna sound better. Just start and let it flow don't think about money or releasing tracks. Good luck mate. If you need further help let me know
Hey man! Love your stuff I was wondering if you could do a tutorial on « How to Mazare » He has a punk rock dnb hybrid that i would love to get inspiration from!
Well, putting loops together is something I can do too, excuse me anyone can do. You only need a sample/loop library and FL. If you name it 'How to Skrillex' don't use loops because Skrillex doesn't use library loops. The title is like saying 'How to Messi/Ronaldo'.
homie skrillex's music is largely inspired by sampling. alot of his stuff is using either pre existing acapellas or samples and creating new things around it. yall have such a big ego to think that everything needs to be done from scratch
@@dna8269 atleast I'm producing. It's very easy to get the result he gets in this video because it's all library samples. You only need(to waste your) time to create something that's already done much better.
I don’t really get this ay, like so you can’t use sample libraries at all? So you have to make every kick, snare and sound from scratch? This imo is a waste of time haha when you can create something personal and original with samples on offer. It’s all about how you use samples. Obviously don’t just drag and drop loops until you have something, but using different things to create something original is what it’s all about!
