I've suffered from insomnia ever since I was a child. Now at the age of 30, I've been putting more focus into getting better sleep. I still struggle so much and finding ways to ease my always racing mind isn't easy as there are so many different factors coming into play, but I will say that my sleep has improved quite a bit in the last year. I will definitely be purchasing your book as I find it such a fascinating topic!

You've done a wonderful job with putting this book together. I've found it very helpful in several ways and have implemented a couple of your recommendations and have been able to reduce my dependence on Melatonin. I have more nights of good sleep and even the nights I don't sleep well, I find myself using the time in a relaxed and healing way. Thanks so much, Philip.

Looks interesting, must check it out. On a side note I've recently used a weighted blanket at night and find its helped me sleep longer without waking up several times during the night.
