wow this video was soooo good. ive been doing therapy recently too and there were so many relevant things i didnt even know about and could be so useful TT
My sleep and sleep position has changed dramatically since I've started perimenopause. Dealing with those symptoms requires some different remedies. So, some of these might work while others will just make it worse. Also, you can have great nutrition and still wake up in the middle of the night when you're in peri, so don't stress out about it. Always get your hormones checked and consult a doctor. I try to drink water before I go to bed, and when I wake, I drink water when I get up. I do use a sleep gummi that is formulated for interrupted sleep and it works wonders for me. I don't take it all the time and if I dose off I don't fight it. I'm one of those folks that get pissed if I sleep at 7 and get up at 2am. When that happens I just listen to lowfi. It keeps me relaxed and I'm not cranky in the morning. I do live overseas, so I don't have the luxury of space, you gotta be a little shrewd about sleep. Good luck to everyone on their better sleep journey!🎉
I was having trouble sleeping again. I had a nightmare Where my own head was floating facing me. Or a replica of my head I guess. I woke up thinking about the post you guys made on the community tab about how you were making this video and wondered when it would come out 😂 definitely watching this before I start my night routine tonight
Over the past 2 week's I've taken Benadryl a few times to make me sleep through the night. My work schedule is funky so the day's I'm working I'll only get an hour or two of sleep, come home and get another hour or two nap until I have to be up for the day..... I'm definitely going to look into getting one of those pillows!!!
I just had a question and I wanted to. Post it on this more recent video but when you have acne , textured skin and congested pores will just having better habits like eating healthy food and drinking more water help make your skin smoother . I have been searching on your channel for videos to help get rid of congested pores because I have a lot on my chin nose and even below my eyes and I just didn’t know if just being more healthy will help make them go away because so many people just recommend products that you can use to make them go away ( and I’m still a teen so I don’t want to be using so many products ) I also have another question I have watched some of your videos that say teens really only need to cleanse moisturize and apply sunscreen and don’t really need to exfoliate BUT then I do some research to see what I can do to get rid of my textured skin and it says I should use vitamin C and exfoliate and I just don’t really know what I should do and what I should use because I have Dry skin and sensitive skin but I also have started getting acne and acne scars (+ plus congested pores ) 😅😢
Tonight I couldn’t sleep in bed till 6 am, I was struggling so much and I even woke up early the day before ! My sleeping schedule is pretty messy I go to sleep at 3 💀but then today I thought of what I’m doing 1) I’m in ovulation, my nurse mom told me that when you are in ovulation you struggle to sleep much more 2) I have eaten pretty heavy things with cream, I am lactose intolerant and I have eaten too many things with lactose, when I got something to digest tonight I had less anxious thoughts and my stomach was starting to calm down. 3) I had exciting news the day before and I stayed on screens for too much time( I am guilty too much of that) I also have exams, the news were very positive but I was soooo anxious about them!!!
I believe it's Sweden where it's very common that partners each have their own quilts in the bed. We are from Seattle and we've been doing that for 10 years! It's a tip I'd highly recommend. Ahhhh😌🤗
Common in a lot of Europe tbh. Whilst I'm in the UK where it's not so common, my mother is German and it is common in Germany for each person to have their own duvet - so growing up that was our normal. When I left home and the "normal" was to share a duvet and some of the problems that caused, I reverted back to what I knew growing up and got a second duvet for my bed. I have delayed sleep phase insomnia so I do a lot to have good sleep hygiene and have a routine.
Hi. I watched your 2 videos about sunsreens. Would like to know what you think about Iunik centella daily sunscreen. Thank you so much for your hard work and amaizing videos.
you really should have found better experts. the person saying you develop "sleep debt" is debunked by sleep expert Mathew Walker in the book WHY WE SLEEP. you can never pay off any imagined sleep debt ever. you should've read the main book on sleep at least before putting this out.
