Flossing and thorough brush and tounge scrape will effectively do the same thing hell you don't even need a specialized tounge scraper to get started just brush your tounge all the way down with your toothbrush and then invest in one when you got the time
ya never know until you try it, even then, 15 minutes is easy man, you can do other things while doing it like taking a shower, reading, watching tv etc.@@ronnyae_
If you have sensitive skin like me, you'd understand how hard it is not being able to wear certain Cologne's, Lotions, Deodorants and using certain Soap.
Hard soap for body, hair, shaving is enough. I do it for 10 years and works great. Never used deo, cologne, shaving foam etc. No need to leak that stuff into nature and support greedy corporations, also the amount of thrash...
if ur a frag head its not expensive, Creed Aventus is the King of all perfumes and is bloody expensive but still worth it, no perfume isnt worth the price
cool video but one thing you said kind of bothers me. you said that if you cant even pronounce an ingredient in something, then dont even bother buying it. This is misleading and stupid because the logic is, is that you shouldnt use something that have chemicals you cant pronounce. Okay if thats the case then you shouldnt eat pineapples, and other fruits for that matter, because it has alot of chemicals i cant pronounce. the logic seems flawed, right?
I would choose the cologne based on the ocasion, like if its summer i would use a fresher scent, for winter a sweeter one, for formal occasions a darker and more sofisticated smell than for everyday use
@@SephiaReloaded the document is for RU-vid creators and I approve of it as it is really good. I already do everything in this video, I just appreciate good videos
Just want to inform, or warn, everyone that what worked for this guy doesn't necesarily have to work for you too. We are all different. And the same goes for the skin procedure. Cerave might have been good for him, but doesn't mean it will for you, it might even worsen it.
This right here. For example I usually have my hair in twists or braids and constantly washing black hair can fuck it up bad over time. What I like to do is moisturize it every few days/weekly with something light that won't stick to my hair too badly but smells floral or like fruit. It gets compliments all the time.
-Stretch every morning for like 10min or 20 min - drink milk, eat food that contains proteins like eggs... -play Backetball, it helps to increase your height - you can use some medicine that helps too (try to find a better and safe one but be cardul) - beleive that you can be taller,2 cm a year is a great achievement if you are 18 or 20(the most important step in my opinion) (Edit): sleep is essential, you need to sleep well, like for 8 hours at night and avoid staying up late - posture is matter, learn more about it(you can gain 2cm or more by fixing your posture)
First you have to accept in our generation being shorter is viewed as negative, point blank. But just either embrace it yourself or get height surgery. Those are pretty much your only two options no point in sitting crying unless you’re going to change it or change your mindset
- posture - and increase growth hormone and testosterone: 1. Sleep 8 hrs a day 2. Sprint (Because high intense run increase hgh) and body workout (calisthenic recommended if you don't want injury) 3. Eat enough protein (healthy diet overral. Don't get into diet cut) 4. Avoid stress Btw this works for teens who still growing. If you're 21+, i'm afraid it's over.
but it lasts for months, maybe even over a year. I bought a bottle 3 months ago and it still looks almost full. Definitely worth it. Also got it while on a ship, in the tax free section, so it was only 80€
Just because you can't pronounce something doesn't make it dangerous or bad for you, that's just because chemistry uses weird names. The chemical you pointed put is a 100% safe surfactant made from coconut oil. Also, shaving down there can be a bad idea, as the hair is one of the body's defenses against STDs.
I just stumbled across this video (Thank you, algorithm), and I was looking for this comment... The entire video is filled with unsourced, bogus claims. Not taking lifestyle tips from this dude...
@@aLmAnZio His advice on the shampoo is weird but the rest is pretty valid, man. They're not bold claims at all. Like what are you even going to contend? Not shaving your pits? He literally just stated the obvious but put it in a concise reminder.
@@TimKGaming There is a difference between bogus and bold. Bogus means unfounded or lacking reference. "Chemicals" are not dangerous, just because something has a scary sounding name doesn't mean that it is bad for you. Ascorbic acid, for instance. Vitamin C. Vitamin B2: iboflavin. All naturally occurring compounds. In other words, he does not know what he is talking about.
1. shower ofc . wash ur hair w shampoo at least 2-3 times a week. use body wash but not necesarry 2. use DEODORANT. By far the best is old spice. U can sweat all u want but no smell 3. Wear cologne wear clean clothes also. I always smell good. Thats pretty much it. Also brush ur teeth/chew mint gum.
Small tip for the bush down there. Trim it, don't shave it. Having a small amount of hair reduces skin contact during such which reduces sexually transmitted diseases by a considerable margin. Having it longer to the point of curls was meant in early times to trap our pheromones as an aphrodisiac to make us smell good, but now all that sweaty, gross smell does is repel people. So keep it small, wash it well especially at the base of the hair just as your hair on your head, and you'll be fine.
@@JiraiyaSennin-zj7qn the disease thing was only one part if you read the entire thing it also helps to reduce smell and prevent bacteria in the micro cuts shaving causes while still offering that protection. It's not for horny people but for people who actually get girls 🤯🍻
This. Hair does have it's benefits. In the right quanitites, pubic hair can reduce sweat by increasing surface area for the water to evaporate off. Plus, it's a natural barrier against quite a few diseases, as it can reduce the amount of bacteria that makes it onto your skin from the environment. Also, bit of a weird piece of advice: But don't use soap every day in the shower- Same thing with shampoo and conditioner. The BO smell comes from bacteria, yes. But showering frequently can destroy your skins natural micro-biome, which leaves more room and less competition for the more harmful bacteria to take over your skin such as the one that causes BO, which makes you more likely to deal with skin issues like infection and sensitivity later down the line. (By the way, this is backed up by the NHS, which is where UKs healthcare comes from). Instead, make sure to get that sweat off in the shower with the high-pressure option on your shower/shower head with warmer water. That'll be enough to get the salts and smell off as it's water soluble, and the heat helps break down those salts quicker. Use soap every 2-3 days instead. This gives your skins micro-biome time to recover before the next wash, which helps reduce your BO in the long run. If you're still worried about hygiene: Herbal teas are a pretty good, natural alternative that helps with bacteria control, is nutritious, tastes good, can help kill bacteria when you sweat, and it can even change your bodies natural odor through your sweat glands as you sweat it out. Your digestive tract won't perfectly break down everything you eat, so if you're eating tonnes of chicken nuggets every day, chances are you're going to start smelling, not just like chicken nuggets, but like all the additives that have made it passed the stomach and have been absorbed into your bloodstream.
theres also versions that imitate the expensive ones for super cheap prices. If you arent drowning in debt, saving up a few bucks a month to buy the perfume ever half year is definitely something in the realm of possibility. I can think of so many people that could have a better quality of life if they would be a bit more thoughtful on their monthly spending. Im not talking about those that eat nought but bread and butter, but the average person that complains over having no money at the end of the month when they constantly spend little amounts of money here and there without a second thought. 500 is too much for the average person tho I agree@@damiaoleao213
This a real men guide: I ain't gon buy 10 products. I'm using three. A 5 in 1 shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and idk what the last two things are... Face wash and whatever. Then I got the Versace Eros Deodorant and perfume. And I only spray once with the perfume. Five sprays is excessive as hell bro. But honestly expensive perfumes are a scam, you're paying for branding. U can probably find some cheap ass perfumes that work just as good. Most of them cheap perfumes are just copies of luxury ones anyway, and nobody's gonna tell the difference
I agree. Note that the hair part is accurate and coconut oil can also be used in cooking as oil and something to jerk of with so yeah. The more use something has the better
It goes much easier than shown here, also to save money and be eco friendly. I never used deodorant, shaving foam, aftershave and cologne. I changed shampoo to hard soap 10 years ago and use it for everything (body, hair, shaving). Everything works perfect, plus you don't support questionable corporations! Not to mention all the thrash... Also, I've heard shaving the arm pit and pubes actually increases bacteria and harms your skin (itchy, red spots). There's a reason why hair grows there. It's better to shave there only, when you get naked with someone. I recently saw a video, that water is enough to clean hair. Just need to go through some weeks of greasy hair until the natural adaptation is done.
look at me I'm real man, I don't even know what products are in my 5 and 1 dollar store body wash, I use the toy story cologne and nobody noticed fuaaarkkkk
@@AdioAurel I can assure you that you smell horrible if you don't use deodorant, everybody around you notice it but are they are too embarassed to tell you
I recommend a silicone body scrubber over loofahs/washcloths. It's more effective at removing dirt/dead skin cells and more hygienic making it last longer
Do loofahs and washcloths effectively do the same thing? Or are they different. I've been using washcloths my entire life and don't feel like I'm missing any dirt/dead cells or anything
Sounds like a fulltime job lol. A shower a day, no perfumed deodorant and some cologne so dem smells don't interrupt with each other will do it for me. Can recommend. Keep it simple guys.
Yeah, this dude's routine is like a office-worm-businessman's Just deodorant and maybe cologne on important days is all i could ever need, shower a day with a trusty soap and that's it, really. It's perfect, if you can clean your hair with soap, but i have long hair. And once i go bald that's one less thing to worry about hahahah
awesome video. i might personally add that its not embarrassing for you to prefer feminine products especially for shampoo, deos or soap. They smell greater for women sometimes. Ive been loyally using a female nivea deo for the past 5 years
I recommend Jean Paul Gaultier for cologne. sure the bottles are a little strange, (shaped like a man) but great longevity and I absolutely love the smell. le male le parfum is my favorite, but another good option is le male elixir, ultra male, le beau, (le beau is more of a summer cologne) etc. givenechy gentleman reserve privee and azzaro most wanted parfum are great options for going out on a date, you'll smell delicious and edible.
This guy needs more time to get ready than your girlfriend. But seriously. 90% of smelling good just comes from basic hygiene and a good perfume. Most women actually would not be attracted to you if you smell like a bunch of products. Your skin has its own individual smell and thats what makes women wanna smell you. Even when your shirt is drenched in sweat. Perfume can only give the initial "taste" so to speak. If a woman does not like your individual body odour, no matter how expensive your cologne is, she is not gonna want you.
Dont worry, being an athlete is more important than just smelling good. And on your day off, you can still do what nescessary. You will smell good AS WELL as being an athlete. You're winning.
I don't recommend shaving the armpits. There is a big risk of ingrown hairs, itchiness and irritation on the skin, as well as discomfort since the armpit is constantly touching the side of your arm and torso rubbing away like sandpaper. The fresh feeling of having shaved armpits also only lasts a couple of days since shaving doesn't get rid of the hair completely. Instead, use either hair removal creams or waxing, since these are more efficient at removing hair without leaving tiny stumps of hair.
Also, having hair in the Armpits is masculine. You don't want to let them Grow like however they want tho and you should trim them, but NOT shave them.
@@Aquila. there's nothing wrong with being a man with shaved armpits. It feels and looks fresh. As long as you're not built like a kid, having shaved armpits wont take away from your masculinity
@@stynkysnare5637 I never said there is anything particulary wrong with it, after all, you should Groom your body the way _you_ like it, not like others tell you, but I'm hjust pointing out that having Hairs in your Armpits is viewed as masculine. I keep them trimmed, neither shaved or fully grown, but a nice middle point. Looks masculine but not ungroomed. That's my way of doing it, if you do it differently, feel free to do it that way. Quick Sidenote: If you want to have clean Armpits, trim them down completely, don't shave.
Is this video considered content? Doesn't anybody know how to take a bath anymoreand brush their teeth. BTW I just clicked on the video to write this comment. The internet is becoming dumb because of this kind of videos.
find a routine and purpose for your life, use ur phone less, and workout, trust me bro it’ll make u happy, btw Jesus loves you and has purpose for u - [ ] Jesus died and resurrected for our sins unlike any other prophet (Mohammed) never resurrected, repent and spread the word
It also depends on what you eat and drink. If a proper odor is a sign of health, then you must put healthy things in your body (or things that are just non-harming).
500 bucks a perfume is stupid. so many better options such as niche fragrances and great classics on discount. completely ass advice w the perfume thing
For cologne, expensive doesn't always mean better. I use cheap reliable old spice cologne. High tier cologne liquid, low tier packaging, and I've never smelled it on another guy since being around my grandpa as a child, so it seems more unique than creed or sauvage. Cologne also acts different on everyone's skin. I get mad complements with something as cheap as $10 old spice, but some people might not. Don't be excessive with it too. 6 or 7 sprays of something strong is WAY too much. I use 3 at best. Neck and chest. I normally stick with 2 though.
So much this. Decent women HATE more than 1 (yes a single) big (cologne) or 2 small puffs (deodorant, a puf is absolutely shorter than 1 second). Yes, stop fucking spraying yourself with deodorant like you're spray painting a car. Also, use a deodorant WITHOUT a strong perfume, they all fucking stink - If you want to smell nice, get something that doesn't resemble a deodorant. Your smell should give them an 'oh!' when they are close to you (a hug or walking closely behind you like going up a stairs or such) and NOT when you are in the same room! If you can't relate and still think you are doing a good job, DECIMATE the amount and it's probably still too much. Pro tip, ask some people about your clothes/smell; certain detergents are way too smelly
I don’t use deodorant or body wash, just shampoo and cologne. I don’t even smell without using deodorant, the deodorant makes it worse for me in the long run.
How are you suppose to apply the coconut oil on to your hair? Is this suppose to be done in the shower after shampooing/conditioner while your hair is wet? Or after your shower after your hair is dry?
Straight to the point but some things I want to address. Showering everyday is generally not very healthy for your skin, if you smell objectively bad within a single day there must be something wrong. I shower every other day and clean the bodyparts youve mentioned daily. You could make arguements for showering less than this, it depends on the individual. As this video is about smell it makes sense that you say to use shower gel and shampoo and I'm glad you recommend going as organic and natural as possible as these products can truly destroy your hormonal profile, I personally use shampoo only every 4 or so times I wash my hair and I wash it with cold water. Yes some of the grease remains but thats healthy for your hair and scalp, your hair wont look nasty or dirty, in actuality it looks more natural. Definitely take care of your teeth but if it ends up costing you 30 minutes in the morning it'll become way too tedious and unnecessarily long. Make sure not to brush for too long as it can damage your enamel. Flossing is not a bad idea, the whole coconut thing I dont know but if it makes your mouth smell better and you're really serious about it I guess it makes sense. Generally I believe its best to keep things natural to some degree. Shower gel, specific shampoo, deodorant and perfume end up making you smell like a chemical factory and yes maybe at first its a "good" smell but it definitely isn't your real smell and nobody is stinky by default. It hurts to go around public places and 50%+ of people smell the same. Use it if you will but know that it doesn't take artificial smell to attract the right kind of people. Also you can pay with your arms and legs for the most expensive perfumes and they still end up containing detrimental ingredients. IMO don't clean shave balls and armpits, I prefer trimming as they're very sensitive areas that you dont want to injure. I was also surprised you didnt talk about diet as it can have beneficial and detrimental impacts on your smell. Keep it balanced and stay away from sweets and junk and cheap food. Go organic if possible.
There's nothing wrong with your body if you smell bad at the end of the day, it depends on a lot of factors as genetics, skin type, or even the temperature. Try to not shower everyday while living in Brazil where we have close to 40 degrees celsius temperatures almost everyday.
If you smell bad enough to need a shower as a result of laying flat (and mostly still) for 8 hours then there's obviously some underlying issue. Showering every morning would dry out my skin and hair, make it more exposed to infection without protective layers, and would probably make me smell worse.
I apply conditioner first, wash my whole body for 5 minutes to gain time, then rinse all together at the same time. I have OCD, washing your face in the end alone feels much better lol
One piece of advice i'd like to share, my doctor told me not to use tongue scrapers since they'll damage more than benefit you. I was told chewing different kinds of food from a healthy and diverse diet cause enough friction on your tongue to prevent an excessive accumulation of bacteria and therefore a bad breath. Obviously i cannot confirm wether this is true or not but i still wanted to share it.
@@jaxonchastain3105 That wasn't specified unfortunately, although the explanation on how to prevent a bad breath without tongue scrapers makes sense to me.
I’ve been needing this sort of video in my life. Thank you. I try my best to maintain good hygiene and I don’t have any bad body odor or breath (not to my knowledge), but my hygiene could definitely be better and I didn’t know where to begin, so thank you.
For black men (since this advise is eurocentric), wash and condition your hair every 1-1.5 weeks. We have afro hair so the maintenance is different. Only condition your hair on wash days, deep condition once every 2 weeks (depending on yo hair type), and put in leave in conditioner every morning.
Along with brushing you teeth, most of you bad breathe can also come from something in the tonsils called Tonsil stones. Tonsil stones is a build up of different things but they smell awful. Clean those out, and gargle salt water everyday to slow down the build up and keep your breathe fresh. I clean about once a month and gargle everyday three times a day. Once in the morning, once in the afternoon after school, and once when brushing my teeth for bed. Also cleaning these stones out can help with any throat pain, swelling, bad taste in your mouth, ear pain, and the possibility of needed it professionally removed from neglect. Just look up how to clean them out, be gentle, and enjoy fresh breath.
@@shashinga7191Most doctors won't do that for tonsil stones alone atleast that's the case here in the UK. The best thing to do is get Lazer surgery to smooth them out so no bacteria can stick or cling to the tonsils.
