Just putting it out there-subliminal affirmations for perfect skin and beauty on Borlest work wonders. If you’ve never tried it, now’s the time. You’ll be amazed at the difference!
I know you did a video on how to glow up mentally, but can you do one on how to treat people around you? It seems like I follow my feelings to treat people around me. It is just unattractive and could lead to many mistakes.
Second that. I tend to be very annoying and overbearing due to (medically diagnosed) ADD. If possible I’d like some tips on how I can work around and if possible, with that to help me act better when around other people.
Thanks man, i've been watching all sorts of these self-improvement videos. But i've never actually stuck down to it. However ur video gave me the confidence and blueprint to change my self. Brb in 6 months, let's see the results

AND yes I was a firm believer that money doesn't mean shit.. boy was I wrong without it you are nothing.

The idea of glow up is BS by itself, so I don’t think I Wana watch this video, the idea of glow up is a coping mechanism for insecure people that’s all.
These are all great tips, but you ought to work on leveling up your spelling and grammar, I noticed 3 mistakes in the first 30 seconds alone. No offense, but get someone who is a native english speaker to review your script before posting. This is nothing to be ashamed over. For example, the past tense of 'cut' isn't "cutted" it's 'cut', which must seem very strange. English is a very confusing language with many exceptions so there is no reason not to reach out and double check your videos, which will be more impressive.
Before deciding to glow up, ask yourself the question of "why do I want to glow up?". Have a goal, be it social relations, career, passion. Chances are, if you're not especially comfortable with yourself now, that feeling will not go away just by changing up your perceived appearance, both visually and socially. Arguably, it can get worse because you've put all this work and you don't feel like you did any on the inside. Being accepted by others isn't a key to a happy life. Staying true to yourself is. Stay strong
My friend, this is the exact video I needed. I have just emerged from a profound sadness due to the loss of my beloved dog and the unfortunate experience with a girl who took advantage of me. With the help of this video, I am confident that I will be able to rebuild my trust and move forward. Thank you sincerely for providing this content! Greetings from MEX.
I did it for 6 months same time same year till Feb 2021. I can say Jan and feb were so good for me. But then I got injured, ligament tear happened. Ever since then I lost motivation and I gained too much fat... my glow up went 6 feet under. 2 years after that bad phase, I started on working myself again from this March, and boom: everything is getting back!
3:30 It's actually a really bad idea. shave your unibrow just make it grow stronger and faster. Instead, use tweezers to remove your unwanted eyebrows.
I was feeling pretty bad, depressed and anxious but your video made me feel better about myself and gave me hope about my future. Thanks man. Thank you so much.
I partially disagree with this video Why do people tend to be someone ? If you ever met someone who judges on your physique, its better to not have em in your life instead of adjusting and making yourself seem perfect to them. It's never an achievement to develop the way your appearance looks. Also, did it make any change in your life other than impressing people with your looks? Maintaining your hygiene is good for you but dont do it for others. Except few points like reading books and working out everything else is scrap. If you admire someone's heart and their inner appearance you dont really care about the hair between their eyebrows.
I strongly agree with all of your point but in Step 7 3:27 you told us to use a razer to shave eyebrows which is bad for eyebrow and it will grow again very fast and you will get tweezers I personally recommend to pluck between your eyebrows it would be the best way to maintain them
You are the first person I recognize that much. Just a SMALL added bonus from me, and I really wish it would help someone! You are an individual person. Those are the basics. Things like meditation, writing a journal, sleep, workout, skin care, hair care, and cutting of bad people from your life are mandatory!! You have to do it, but how to do it, it's all yours! Find the right way to do it ❤ it is nice to go to the coiffeur/ barbershop every week, but it is not obligated for everyone. It is ok to choose to go every tow or three weeks, as long as you look clean and you feel confident, but that is just an example. You can try your own way to work out, you can go running, dance or arm wrestle... it would work! Just be prepared to sacrifice some of your time to treat your body fitness, and you don'thave to isolate yourself! Some people would really suffer after cutting healthy social interactions! Please be aware of that. Now I think my point is clear🎉 Go, just go! You can break some roles, but don't sacrifice your principles. It is ok to discuss with people to prove your point, but also be open for new suggestions and be ready to adjust, this is survival of the fittest.
Great video, just recommend you edit the words that come up on the screen manually and not use some kind of software that does it automatically. (Lot's of spelling mistakes) I just believe the quality of the content you're providing (amazing) should be as consistent as the quality of the video itself. Thank you and best of luck :D
Love your video but this are some tips for you to get greater day by day 1. No f.p 2. Stop mast 3. Focus on your insecurity 👍 you are now more attractive than yesterday ❤️
Couple corrections, people pass bias around 7 seconds, also using retinol on your face everyday is not good just a couple times a week is fine good video btw, I recently went down the PT route as well and it’s a game changer just for the first couple months, learn good form and target the right muscles
skin care products are generally questionable because hygiene products often contain problematic chemicals that can screw up your hormonal profile (try organic and natural alternatives). Not to mention that you make your body dependent on a product. If you tend to break out easily maybe it's a different story though, I've never had acne or lots of pimples.
@@doublevision2943 loud reminder that just because something is "organic and natural" does not mean it's better for you. Know what you're putting on your face, regardless of it if comes from the dirt or not.
Why would toothpaste without fluoride be healthier? It's the key ingredient against tooth decay. After my jaw surgery they even said that it was the one thing that I needed to make sure was in my toothpaste while recovering.
btw everyone, yes if you have a unibrow pls remove it, but don't shave it, cuz' it'll turn into a stubble pretty fast, just pluck them off one by one with a tweezer
Step 6 is a bit hard for me. I work out 5-6 days a week, for the past 3 months. I try to aim for 2,500-3000 calories a day, without having more than 75g of fat per day. I lost 120 pounds in two years. As a result, I have a lot of excess skin. It makes it hard to be confident with my shirt off, until I spend $10,000 to get skin removal surgery.
Omg the mental part of glowing up is so important. A few months ago I was so depressed. I would walk into school feeling like a pice of shit. Sleeping through all my classes not talking to anyone more than I need to. Recently I noticed that the person I was wasn’t something I was happy being so I decided it was time to make a change. One big thing was noticing that people love me and care abt me and u should stop avoiding people. Cuz me being apart of their life really made them happier. I started going out with friends more. My social anxiety is at all time low and I can for once say that I really just enjoy spending time with people. I’m still an introvert at heart and I need my me time but I’ve come out of my shell so much more. Now I come into school with my head up being greeted by all my friends from school. Excited to experience life no matter how boring it is sometimes. I’ve recently noticed that from the outside I look more attractive. I know who I am and there is a level of confidence that comes along with it. I started to get funnier, more talkative, and my happiness has gone up so much.
People, is just all about genetics. If you weren't born extraordinarily good-looking, don't modify your face to look like a Hollywood star, which is perfectly fine. Normal people have flaws, which is the only thing that makes us "human". The rest of the people you see in series, in Hollywood, on social media are not (leaving aside the fact that they use a lot of "correctors" such as Photoshop, CGI, Visual Effects, etc.). Looking as good as a Hollywood star is not normal. Indeed, it is very advantageous to look like this, but it is not normal. Feel good in your own skin and stop trying to become someone else. And under no circumstances am I trying to promote that "body positivity" shit, because no one at 140 kg feels good in their own skin, no one at 100 kg feels good in their own skin (only if it's muscle mass). All these things are just maintenance stuff and in no case will you look like a movie or Hollywood star. These are just some normal things that every man/woman should do, but which in no way will make you more beautiful and everyone will appreciate you. Try to feel good in your own skin (doing all these things) and try to admire yourself, because no one will come up to you on the street and say "how good you look". If you don't feel good about yourself, then no one will feel good with you. I hope I didn't discourage any of you, that wasn't my intention, I'm sorry!
@@fuser9892 How ironical! 😂Bro's gettin offended for nothin and then proceeds to call others names. Anyone readin yor rants can understand whos the imposter here. Goodluck mate.
I have a feeling this channel will blow up soon. I've been here since 25k and I am not leaving anytime soon. Not just the type of content does it. A lot of people have tried the glow up and self improvement type of videos, but you do it different. I don't want my time wasted or some random bs thrown at my face. You don't do that. You list good information to actually help improve someone, you don't waste time, and you have a good attitude about it. This channel has already reached 40k and I know you will blow up by the end of this year. Keep on doing great work and keep on teaching!
Anyone who watches this channel are just so insecure about themselves. All of these products will minimally help you and are just bs marketing that EVERYONE buys into it's crazy how gullible people like you are on the internet. Things like toothpaste, mouthwash, and cologne with other things are fine for basic hygiene, but a skincare routine isn't necessary, just only sunscreen and retinol.
I’m an 11 yr that has a family known for being bigger and can’t control it so I’m trying to lose weight then start getting strength so I stopped getting bullied at school
This video is pure gold, thank you for making this. Even if i was doing all that for a long time (since i got rejected by a bitch) this motivated me to do even more. I'll make good use of the tips you gave, stay strong bro
feel like this is the opposite of toxic masculinity..Really looking after yourself to boost Ur confidence, happiness and self esteem. I wish it upon everyone.
I’ve studied psychology and psychiatry for years. I found this video very helpful in how to improve and change your life and your mental and physical health. Thanks for sharing!
Don't use conditioner every day. It will make your hair more keen for breakage. You also don't need a haircut every week. Get a haircut when you feel like your hair doesn't look like you want or you have trouble styling it in ways you like. Also letting it grow out is cool. You'll just have to live through months of growing. But it pays off if you have a longer hairstyle you enjoy. You also don't need to work out. Rather try to feel comfortable in your body. And if you still wanna change then go for it and work out. But don't take it as necessity to become handsome. But overall, sport is good for you, such as a healthy diet. (Doesn't mean you can't have a pizza once in a while ;) ) One last thing... Navy is not a colour that goes with everything xD Don't pair it with greens or yellows. Y'all are perfect. There are a lot of good points. But you don't need to do all this to become handsome or appealing to people. Confidence and humour are just as important.
I saw out the hard phases of my hair growth and let my beard and hair grow long with plenty of edge refinement to keep it clean. The mustache has overtaken the top lip, my hair is down to my stomach and green is actually quite a good color on me if I go for forest tones. I just had to find my archetype to fit with, something that grooves with me. The norse way is in my blood and upbringing, so it fits me like a glove. The bigger my beard and muscles get, the more attention it brings. I'm starting to age like a buff wizard and it's bu**f***ing majestic. The quality of women who are eying me up is starting to skyrocket, too. Everyone has an optimal style and build, some look better all civilized, others have to wild out of they're going to shine their brightest. Just, uhhh, still shave and deoderize those balls. We're in a heat wave.
Extremely on point video. Really good information. Currently in the super journey of self improvement (I know it is something that goes on for all my life but there are some objectives like getting a good body, good haircut, etc. That once you obtain it, you just need to maintain it or change it) or glow up and I can say I am doing Ok. Ups and Downs but constantly fighting to be better. Focusing on what I need to improve, what needs to be better in my body, mind and spirit was challenging but once you identify each and every aspect, it is a matter of discipline and following a plan with objectives so you can track them and analyze what nees to get better and how can you get that better.
I've always look down on myself from how i look,to my skills. In general, all i had was negative thoughts, but this video gave me hope as i pray it does to others. Stay strong and never give up on hope
Hi bro I'm from India a 17yr teenager watching your video's, its give me lot of motivation thanks bro keep growing. Full support from me One more req bro can i get a reply from You
I don't fully agree when you said green is not really a color to take about clothes. Dark green can be paired up with the black color. It's a deadly combo in my opinion. Otherwise, i can only agree with other things said during the whole video. You kept it simple and clear. That's a great job !
Good Video, but some things are a bit off. - For 5min outside u don’t have to take cologne - A bear doesn’t makes u automatically more attractive if it doesn’t fits u well - I shave my face with a razor everyday and don’t get acne at all. If u get a good moisturizer afterwards u don’t need a trimmer - For lips just get a Lipstick - If u shave ur eyebrows it only gets worse. Just plug it. - For Clothing u can use any colour as long as they match. (neon not included)
