What a great idea! You don't have to carve around the bone and you get the same ham product without all the extra work. The ham is formed nicely to get nice even cuts etc. I will DEFINITELY try this one day. I can't say that we had this in my childhood and that's going back a ways...shhh 🤣but there aint a damn thing wrong with smoking a ham this way. I agree, it's not spam and you can tell when you slice it. Ron @4seasonsbbq got me to try spam and it was good but this is NOT spam I do agree.
