Nice job Kenyatta! I have smoked a Turkey breast several times on my Weber Summit Charcoal Grill Center, and they have always come out moist and delicious. I have also smoked a spatchcock 13 pound bird with the Slow n Sear insert with similar results. I put a pan with some chicken stock underneath to help with moisture, which also captures the juices. I also put a small wood chunk over the coals for a hint of smoke flavor. Go Trojans!
