I forgot have 10lb turkey and 14.5 turkey to cook for family.
What's the time and temp on smoking a Wasp? Great video I totally agree, whether smoking or deep frying I'd rather do two smaller birds that one huge on.
Hello my name is Ron I was watching your video on smoking a turkey on your vertical Pit Boss pellets smoker and was wondering how much do you like using it and how often do you have to add water to it? I really liked your video.
It’s one of my favorites!! I use it a lot, specifically for longer cooks. I’ll be honest I’m not great at refilling the water pan throughout the cook 🫣. So I can’t give you an accurate answer. I basically am filling it when I happen to think about it 🫠.
Mazie- you crack me up! Great instructions and I’m looking forward to smoking my turkey in a few weeks. Hopefully the weather will cooperate up here in northern Utah. 😊
Hi maize, love all your videos. I'm really interested in the Brunswick smoker. I watched you smoke only one 13# turkey. My question is how many do you think would be possible to smoke in the Brunswick smoker?
I think you could fit two on each shelf so that would be 8 total. Depending how big they were you could maybe squeeze 3 on the shelf but that would be pushing it!
You are so freaking cute and I love your personality... It's great to see a women with the passion of smoking/pellets grill/griddle that most men have. It seems that generally women are intimidate by this cooking style.. I loved the "whoo" when you first tasted the bird. I bet your neighbors thought Mazie's back at it again haha.
