Along with, trains, planes, ambulances, church bells, crows, high wind, loud birds, tractor trailers, gun shots, coyotes, hell I wouldn't be shocked if Godzilla came staggering through when I hit record! Thank you. Depends on if your rub has set. If you spritz or mop too early, you run the risk of washing your rub away. Give it time to "set" on the rib before you introduce moisture.
Hey buddy great cook! I've done beef short ribs twice. Both times I cooked to about 205 and both times were not very tender. But I didnt wrap them is that my mistake?
