Very rich feature set and nice looking grill. Congrats. I think Pit Boss has really up’d the feature offering game when compared to Recteq, Traeger, Z Grills etc. I know that historically when it comes to temp control, even cooking, quality of build etc., some of the other grills I mentioned have edged out Pit Boss so I will be curious to see how this new offering performs doing long cooks, fast cooks etc. Enjoy the new toy.
I really like the features on the Titan pit Boss, except I don't think I like the looks of the grates look very flimsy and the bars are running the wrong way.
i started bbqing 2 years ago and you were the first person i watched. crazy to thinking how much growth i have now. Thanks for helping me be part of my bbq journey! Its a lifestyle!
Had to come check you out after watching you on Dash’s channel. Plus you left us with this little battery operated teaser so has to come look. Just gave you a sub and about to go look at your other content.
Great video!! I am a rookie in this field and have been having issues with my technique, and I've ruined two briskets now. Your video helped me with the variables. My next brisket will be perfect! Thank you!
Would the regular Weber charcoal basket not work as well as the Slow N' Sear for indirect smoking? What are the advantages of the SNS? Thanks for your awesome videos.
Absolutely use what you have. Both work well. The SNS is definitely more convenient though. If you want to be able to add enough charcoal to hopefully not have to add charcoal during the cook, then use the charcoal baskets from Weber to make a "dam" to hold all your charcoal to one side of the kettle instead of actually filling the baskets with charcoal.
Really wish I could see how people use the Weber baskets for smoking. I know the slow and seer is better but it’s $100 and I already have baskets. Would you put both baskets on each side or both baskets same side. Looked like you mentioned same side but couldn’t tell. Loving kettle so far. Smoked butt this weekend with snake method and it worked great. Great content
Love "Dawgfather" made me laugh. Thanks for the great video. I too agree newbies rely too much upon web "experts" advice. IMO it is almost always impossible to follow. For instance one site says "cook at 250 degrees with the vents at X and Y" . It's under 40 degrees here today. My cook will be much different than that guys! Subscribed!
